These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vexari mobile application ("Vexari," "the app," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Vexari, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Vexari.
Vexari is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
The information, scores, insights, and AI-generated content provided by Vexari are for general wellness and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or before making changes to your diet, supplements, medications, or exercise routine. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in Vexari.
If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
Vexari is a personal health dashboard that synthesizes data from Apple HealthKit, optional Oura Ring integration, and user-entered information into daily health summaries, trends, and AI-generated insights (when subscribed to Vexari Pro). The app is intended for personal wellness tracking by individuals 18 years of age or older.
To use Vexari, you must sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Apple ID associated with your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Some Vexari features (AI-generated daily insights, morning and evening reports, AI nudges, 90-day trends, and certain food estimation features) require a Vexari Pro subscription. Pricing is displayed within the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
Vexari may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. The duration is displayed at the time of subscription. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the displayed price.
Vexari Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the displayed price for the plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Vexari. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will continue to have Pro access until that time. Vexari does not have the ability to cancel your subscription on your behalf — all billing is managed by Apple.
All purchases are handled by Apple and refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy. You can request a refund by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com. Vexari does not process refunds directly.
You agree to use Vexari only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all health data and personal content you provide to Vexari. By using the app, you grant Vexari a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the app's features to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim any rights to your health data beyond what is necessary to operate the app.
Vexari, including its design, branding, code, the VEDEX score and methodology, and all related materials, is owned by Vexari and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Vexari integrates with third-party services including Apple HealthKit, Apple Sign In, iCloud, Oura (optional), Anthropic (for Pro subscribers), and Cloudflare. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. Vexari is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
If you are a Vexari Pro subscriber, the app may generate insights, summaries, and recommendations using artificial intelligence (specifically Anthropic's Claude model). AI-generated content is for informational purposes only. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on AI-generated content for medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Vexari is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vexari and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vexari (through Apple) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Vexari and delete the app at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app, at our sole discretion, if you violate these Terms or if continued service becomes impractical for legal, technical, or business reasons. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Continued use of Vexari after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
